Cosillum – A Conscious Movement and Training Space for Women

Cosillum is a dedicated space designed specifically for women of all ages, life stages, and physical conditions.

We offer individual and small group personal training sessions for specific needs such as pregnancypostpartum recovery, and pelvic floor rehabilitation . In addition, we hold group classes (with a maximum of 10 participants) focused on posture, mindful movement, mobility, strength, and overall health and well-being.

How We Work at Cosillum

Before joining our group movement and strength training classes, it's essential to attend an individual or small group session (tailored for people with similar needs and goals). These sessions are designed to address any existing injuries (if necessary) and to teach proper movement techniques, breathing patterns, and strength training fundamentals— always with close attention to the abdominaland pelvic area, which is crucial for injury prevention.

Session times are arranged based on both the participant’s and the studio’s availability.

What Are the Group Training Classes Like?

Our group workoutsare challenging yet adaptable to every woman’s individual needs, body, and current stage in life. We train together in a supportive, judgment-free space where we motivate one another to grow stronger and feel better—together.

Each session incorporates postural training, mobility, coordination, abdominal and pelvic floor work, full-body strength training, and breathwork. It’s a complete training approach to help you move better , feel stronger, stay motivated, and connect with your body in a healthy, sustainable way.

Group classes are organized according to shared goals and needs and are limited to a maximum of 10 women. Please contact us for current availability.

I have a hernia or another injury. Can I still train?

Absolutely! In fact, training is one of the best things you can do. All sessions are adapted to each person’s needs, and proper movement is key to recovery.

Do you teach Pilates, yoga, or hypopressives? I’ve been told not to lift weights to protect my pelvic floor.

We deeply respect all movement disciplines (I personally practice yoga daily and am certified in hypopressives). However, effective pelvic floor recovery requires a full-body approach—and strength training is a vital part of that. Our method incorporates elements of multiple disciplines, but always includes strength work, tailored to each individual and encouraging progression. Don’t be afraid of strength training —done properly, it’s a vital part of the solution.

I haven’t had children and don’t have pelvic floor issues. Can I still train at Cosillum?

Yes! Cosillum is for any woman who wants to build strength in a safe, challenging, and respectful environment.

I want to train, but I’ve had injuries in the past.

At Cosillum, your individual process and technique are our priority. That’s why we don’t introduce anyone to group training until they’ve developed a solid foundation through personalized sessions.

About me

Sport has always played a very important role in my life.I don't understand daily life without movement, taking care of my body and my mind. When I started breaking "taboo's" and connecting with my menstrual cycle,I realized that I wanted to better understand my body and know how to apply training in a much more conscious and respectful way.

Because of this I specialized in working with women, knowing the differences in each stage of the monthly and life cycle. My career became focused after someone close to me suffered from a pelvic floor injury.I believe in conscious training, including respect and listening, and where emotions always have a place.

My goals are to show people the correct way to train no matter what sport they practice, to explain that there are solutions and to get them to discover all the light that comes from within. I am motivated to help people to awake their bodys, to discover, to love and to take care of themselves.
